What’s an Everyday Athlete? Well, if you’re reading this then it’s you, probably! EAs are regular hard working sorts, interested in training for performance and doing fun stuff with it. They want to be stronger, faster and fitter and, like me, they want to be able to do the activities they love for as long as humanly possible.

It’s the love of movement, fitness and activity in general. The love of doing cool stuff with your body, and of training to prepare for that, whatever it might be. It’s being generally well prepared to take on any challenge. Building a body that can say ‘yes’ to more of the fun things in life!
Run, jump, lift, climb, bike, hike, swim, play, work, be a parent/grandparent and LIVE.
Who do we work with? Runners, cyclists, triathletes, swimmers, adventure athletes, climbers, hikers, gym enthusiasts, activity lovers & anyone who wants use exercise to unlock a more fulfilling life.
At various points of the year the Everyday Athletes assemble, as a team of like-minded legends, to do something cool. We might invade a Parkrun or book a trail run event in the Black Mountains… but our main annual event is Tough Mudder! This short video is from EA Tough Mudder 3.0! 1-to-1 Online Coaching is the gold standard of support for your strength, fitness and health. We track the important things, weekly, to make certain everything is working as it should. In-person coaching (or personal training) is all of the support that online coaching gives you, except you see your coach in the flesh for as many of your weekly training sessions as you need. If you need that extra push, this is for you.
