Online Coaching?
1-to-1 Online Coaching is the gold standard of support for your strength, fitness and health.
The EA is for people who either:
Already have activity as an important part of their life, they just lack the structure and know-how to improve their strength and fitness effectively, or…
Want to make their health and fitness a priority, but have thus far struggled.
Online coaching here is about having an experienced pro build you a comprehensive approach that gets you consistently heading towards where you want to be.
We build you a bespoke training programme, from the ground up. No templates, all unique to you.
Story time…
You might be sceptical as to whether online coaching can work… I know I used to be!
When I started working as a coach, 7 years ago, I was strictly an in-person coach. It wasn’t until the forced closure of gyms (and everything else) in 2020 that I tried my hand at working with people online. It wasn’t something I wanted to do at the time, I did it more out of necessity!
The product I put to market, as you can imagine, was not brilliant.
But there’s one thing you’ll come to know about me - I’m a bit obsessed with give my clients the best coaching product I can. As a result, I haven’t stopped improving my online coaching service since.
I used to hate the idea of working online. I thought I could offer far more in person. But, like with many other things, I was wrong. What I missed is the fact you can MAKE it work.
In-person coaching requires two things; You show up, and you’re decent at coaching. Online is a different beast - it requires far more work. But the outcome, in my opinion, is you can offer far more as a coach.
I used to think you needed me standing next to you as you trained but, whilst that’s helpful for some, it’s simply not true for most people.

What’s the process after I join?

This is the first call we book in and sits just prior to you becoming a client. Here we'll talk about where your fitness is sitting right now, what you've done in the past, of course where you'd like to get to, as well as how everything works inside the EA.
If we decide we're a good fit, then I use the information I gather here to start planning your journey!

One of the first things I do after you become a client is set you up on our systems. As well as our coaching app, where your programme (among other things) will be designed and delivered), you'll be added to our members' portal, where you'll complete our guided onboarding/orientation process.
This makes certain that you're up to speed on what you need to know so you can hit the ground running on your official start date.

Once your programme is ready to go (usually just a couple of days), you'll jump on a video call with your coach to go over everything and make sure you fully understand what you'll be doing.
You'll hit day 1 with full confidence.
