Every week:
3 x 60 minute gym-based training sessions;
PLUS choose between either 2 x programmed runs
OR
2 x gym-fitness sessions;
PLUS 1 x weekend optional run / fitness session
You’ll access the programme and record your progress on your phone via our coaching app, as well as being added to a group chat so you can ask any questions about your training and submit video for technique checks.
